Terms & Service Boundaries
A clear outline of how work is agreed, what is included, and where the boundaries of support sit.
Scope and payment
Work starts once the scope has been agreed in writing and any agreed upfront payment has been received. The scope is defined by the package, proposal, or written service outline. Anything outside that scope may need a separate quote or a revised agreement.
Revisions and delays
Revision rounds should be agreed in advance so expectations are clear. Timelines may move if key feedback, access, approvals, or content are delayed, especially where that prevents the next stage of work from going ahead properly.
Third-party costs
Hosting, domain names, paid tools, software subscriptions, ad spend, and other third-party costs are not included unless they are clearly listed as part of the agreed scope.
Bookkeeping boundary
Bookkeeping support here means practical help with systems, software, workflows, and admin organisation. It does not include regulated accountancy, tax advice, statutory filing, or legal financial advice unless that has been explicitly agreed and is properly covered by the right professional arrangement.
SEO boundary
Good setup and ongoing improvement work can support better search performance, but rankings, traffic, and lead volumes can never be guaranteed.
Termination
Ongoing support can usually be ended by either party with the agreed notice period, such as 30 days, unless a different arrangement is set out in writing.
